Our speaker today was Michelle Thomson, President and CEO of Black Hills & Badlands Tourism Association. This great organization has been around for 85 years driving growth and visitation to the Black Hills area. They are a private non-profit membership association that promotes the area for member businesses. This includes social media, print, tv ads along with maps and calendars. They also operate the Black Hills Information Center off of I-90. Projections for 2025 tourism looks promising. Their website has visitor planning tools and offers help while you’re here.
