At this week's Rushmore Rotary President Transition Dinner, we awarded the 2026 Rotarian of the Year Award.
This year's honoree is outgoing president Roger Heacock, who has shown a dedication and commitment to Rotary with his service as President and his willingness to volunteer and give back to the community and world.
