At our meeting this morning we got to hear from Rushmore Rotarians that joined others in our district to visit The School of St. Jude in Tanzania Africa. Our members who spoke today were Pat Sutliff, Kara Flynn, Deb Niemi, Jeff Meyer, and Steve Bareis. At the school they attended the 2026 graduation. The school now has three campuses with over 1800 students. This school is a pathway for families in Tanzania to break the poverty cycle.
They also got to spend 5 days on safaris, participated in cultural activities, and home visits.
